Life Squared is a project that remixes Lynn hershman Leeson’s three-decade plus archive inside a virtual setting of san Francisco’s Dante hotel in 1972. as an animated archive, Life Squared becomes a museum of the future, as an experience in an online world–a prosthetic world of avatars, their buildings and goods raise numerous questions about contemporary experience and that which is real, synthetic, mediated, or technology as- sisted.
